{"id":2576,"date":"2022-06-17T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-16T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saludcreativa.com\/el-secret-esta-a-no-agafar-mes-que-a-deixar-anar\/"},"modified":"2022-06-17T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2022-06-16T22:00:00","slug":"el-secret-esta-a-no-agafar-mes-que-a-deixar-anar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saludcreativa.com\/ca\/el-secret-esta-a-no-agafar-mes-que-a-deixar-anar\/","title":{"rendered":"El secret est\u00e0 a no agafar, m\u00e9s que a deixar anar"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Quantes vegades has sentit que cal deixar anar, i deixar anar qu\u00e8?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>No s\u00f3n poques les vegades que es parla de deixar anar, de deixar anar all\u00f2 vell, all\u00f2 que ja no serveix, les viv\u00e8ncies, els records, els patrons, relacions, etc., que ja no aporten, cosa tant \u00e0rdua perqu\u00e8 hi ha qui no sap qu\u00e8 significa aix\u00f2 de deixar anar alguna cosa no tangible o desconeix com fer-ho.<\/p>\n<p>Per explicar-ho s&#8217;utilitza (he utilitzat) el s\u00edmil de subjectar a la m\u00e0 un objecte, obrir-lo i deixar-lo caure. D&#8217;aquesta mateixa manera, amb aquesta met\u00e0fora s&#8217;est\u00e0 donant a entendre que quan ens fem mal amb alguna cosa perqu\u00e8 ho estem retenint (com l&#8217;objecte que subjectem amb la m\u00e0), cal deixar-ho anar (com obrir la m\u00e0 i deixar que caigui, en certa manera que desaparegui). <\/p>\n<p>El que no es t\u00e9 en compte \u00e9s el que hi ha darrere de deixar anar, per qu\u00e8 no resulta tan senzill fer-ho. I \u00e9s que despr\u00e9s d&#8217;aix\u00f2 que retenim hi ha patrons de conducta, estrat\u00e8gies psicol\u00f2giques, h\u00e0bits, guanys (encara que no ho sembli!), in\u00e8rcia, automatismes, etc. Aix\u00ed que potser, amb una mica d&#8217;esfor\u00e7, algunes vegades puguem &#8220;obrir la m\u00e0&#8221; i deixar marxar el que estem agafant, per\u00f2 el que hi ha darrere d&#8217;aix\u00f2 probablement segueixi operatiu i torneu a agafar!  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La tend\u00e8ncia de latenci\u00f3 a adherir-se a coses<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T&#8217;has adonat que l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 sempre busca alguna cosa a la qual s&#8217;adhereix? S\u00ed, s\u00ed, que l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 no es queda quieta parada com un guaita per quan calgui atendre alguna cosa. L&#8217;atenci\u00f3 s&#8217;enganxa a les coses, tal com des que naixem buscant irremeiablement per superviv\u00e8ncia l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 de la\/les persona\/es que ens cuiden, despr\u00e9s explorant el m\u00f3n posant l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 en tot all\u00f2 que ens envolta i en el propi cos, m\u00e9s tard col\u00b7locant-la als productes de la fantasia, els pensaments, les idees, les creences, les emocions. \u00c9s a dir, la tend\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 \u00e9s adherir-se a alguna cosa, el que sigui, com un pop amb les ventoses.   <\/p>\n<p>F\u00edjate y compru\u00e9balo. Igual tienes puesta la atenci\u00f3n en un pensamiento que en un ruido, una tarea, un paisaje, un contenido audio-visual, la cuenta del banco, planes de fiesta o vacaciones, obsesiones, en una bolsa de pipas, patatas fritas o chuches, aquello que te dijo alguien que te gust\u00f3 o disgust\u00f3, lo que no le dijiste, lo que te hubiera gustado que hubiera pasado, \u00bfte resulta familiar todo esto? La atenci\u00f3n baila de un lado al otro y se pega a eso sujet\u00e1ndolo con fuerza (sobre todo si te rallas o atrapas en ello), como el bol\u00edgrafo bien agarrado con la mano para que no caiga. Incluso podr\u00edamos decir que agarramos con tanto fuerza seg\u00fan que cosas que pareciera, haciendo alusi\u00f3n al boli en la mano, que este (el boli) se queda incrustado en ella (la mano).   <\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed que qu\u00e8 tal estar al corrent de com la nostra atenci\u00f3 s&#8217;enganxa al contingut de torn?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Detectar el moment &#8220;agafament&#8221;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed ve el costat dif\u00edcil, que no \u00e9s impossible. Hi ha dos aspectes (per ara s\u00f3n els que tinc identificats) a no agafar. <\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;una banda, els pensaments, i ara t\u00e9 sentit per a mi aix\u00f2 de deixar-los passar la qual cosa em semblava una fugida dels continguts que treuen el cap a la superf\u00edcie de la ment conscient. En realitat, deixar passar pren sentit des d&#8217;aquest no agafar perqu\u00e8 no significa desentendre&#8217;m, negar, mirar cap a una altra banda, no veure, controlar all\u00f2 que apareix, sin\u00f3 no enganxar-me al contingut. Aix\u00f2 per a mi \u00e9s diferent de deixar passar com si all\u00f2 que es manifest\u00e9s no fos amb mi, m\u00e9s aviat es manifesti all\u00f2 que es manifesti, no permeto que l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 s&#8217;adhereixi.  <\/p>\n<p>Aquest \u00e9s l&#8217;entrenament, encara que sembli que no vull saber dels assumptes que v\u00e9nen, no, insisteixo, no \u00e9s aix\u00f2. \u00c9s no deixar que l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 s&#8217;enganxi tal com em podria enganxar a un quadre, una pantalla, una hist\u00f2ria, una discussi\u00f3, una persona, un succ\u00e9s, per\u00f2 no \u00e9s negar-ne l&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia ni reprimir-lo. <\/p>\n<p>Posar\u00e9 un exemple que em passava quan alg\u00fa m&#8217;oferia un fullet publicitari en passar per un lloc. Autom\u00e0ticament ho agafava encara que el seg\u00fcent era llen\u00e7ar-lo (jo i moltes persones, de fet ha de passar a molta gent perqu\u00e8 despr\u00e9s es veuen molts fulletons llen\u00e7ats). A partir de llavors, vaig decidir no estendre la m\u00e0 i agafar el fullet quan m&#8217;ho ofereixen, i ho he aconseguit! D&#8217;aquesta mateixa manera es tracta de no agafar amb l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 els pensaments, i les emocions que \u00e9s la seg\u00fcent \u00e0rea que he descobert on puc practicar no agafar.   <\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed que, pel costat emocional, procuro aplicar el mateix procediment (prou m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil per a mi en aquest camp), cosa que no significa no sentir ni experimentar emocions. Significa no retenir-les, no instal\u00b7lar-hi l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 i l&#8217;energia sin\u00f3 que durin el que correspongui sense agafar, engrandir o treure. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La gran llibertat que d\u00f3na no agafar<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El que he descobert en no agafar o deixar d&#8217;agafar (s\u00f3c una simple practicant del no adher\u00e8ncia) \u00e9s una sensaci\u00f3 de gran LLIBERTAT, diria gaireb\u00e9 que la llibertat \u00e9s aix\u00f2, hi resideix. I relaxaci\u00f3 interna. <\/p>\n<p>I per a mi aquesta \u00e9s la difer\u00e8ncia que trobo entre deixar anar i no agafar (o deixar d&#8217;agafar com m\u00e9s aviat millor). Deixar anar em suposa un esfor\u00e7 cognitiu per desfer-me d&#8217;alguna cosa que potser estic agafant amb totes les meves forces. No agafar em suposa estar al corrent de no deixar-me anar amb els esdeveniments convertint-me en aix\u00f2 o part d&#8217;aix\u00f2.  <\/p>\n<p>Potser a alg\u00fa li pot semblar una manera de relacionar-se amb la vida i la resta de persones una mica freda, mec\u00e0nica o calculada. No, nom\u00e9s que no es perd la pres\u00e8ncia, hi continua havent consci\u00e8ncia d&#8217;una cosa que est\u00e0 passant mentre s&#8217;hi interactua. Per a la terminologia dels qui parlen de romandre aqu\u00ed-ara, crec que t\u00e9 a veure amb aix\u00f2, amb habitar el moment, l&#8217;instant, no quedar-se en un espai virtual on ja va passar.  <\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed i tot, certament i com vaig escriure al primer par\u00e0graf, segurament hi poden haver velles (i no tan velles) mem\u00f2ries que despertin pensaments i emocions, i tot i aix\u00ed puc triar enganxar-me o veure-les mantenint la pres\u00e8ncia (el centre, o com cadasc\u00fa li truqui).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>I com es fa aix\u00f2?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Meditaci\u00f3, meditaci\u00f3, meditaci\u00f3, no conec cap altre cam\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>I aix\u00f2 que per mi, aix\u00f2 de meditar era una cosa que no valorava, tenia els meus prejudicis sobre aix\u00f2.
