{"id":2580,"date":"2021-12-15T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-14T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saludcreativa.com\/no-agafis\/"},"modified":"2021-12-15T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2021-12-14T23:00:00","slug":"no-agafis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saludcreativa.com\/ca\/no-agafis\/","title":{"rendered":"No agafis"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>No agafar, m\u00e9s que deixar anar<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>S&#8217;escolta la f\u00f3rmula Solta per fer refer\u00e8ncia a deixar anar tot all\u00f2 que hem <em>agafat<\/em> pel cam\u00ed i que no ens fa cap b\u00e9 actualment, que suposa un pes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s una frase que podem trobar en pr\u00e0ctiques de meditaci\u00f3, de relaxaci\u00f3, de suggesti\u00f3, en afirmacions positives o simplement com un recordatori per a la vida quotidiana. I segur que t\u00e9 un efecte i un benefici molt positius deixar anar pensaments, fantasies, hist\u00f2ries, per actualitzar-se aqu\u00ed ara, no seguir arrossegant assumptes vells que desgasten, desfer-se de la pressi\u00f3 que exerceixen, experimentar alliberament, distensi\u00f3 i un respir. <\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2, t&#8217;has plantejat mai com has agafat aix\u00f2 que has de deixar anar?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Primer de tot, qu\u00e8 \u00e9s deixar anar un contingut intern?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hi ha persones familiaritzades amb el concepte <em>deixar anar<\/em>, per a altres \u00e9s una cosa estranya o no arriben a plantejar-s&#8217;ho.<\/p>\n<p>Per deixar anar s&#8217;ent\u00e9n deixar d&#8217;alimentar idees, records, enyorances, culpa, remordiments, obsessions, preocupacions, etc., \u00e9s a dir, no posar m\u00e9s energia a aquest tipus de contingut\/viv\u00e8ncia avivant-lo i refor\u00e7ant-lo.<\/p>\n<p>Deixar anar \u00e9s fer l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 de deixar de seguir nodrint all\u00f2 de la qual cosa ens volem desfer i que de vegades, no poques, no deixem anar perqu\u00e8 forma part de la nostra exist\u00e8ncia, de la nostra identitat, d&#8217;estructures de la nostra construcci\u00f3 de qui som. Tampoc deixem anar perqu\u00e8 desitgem que aquest contingut fos diferent del que va ser o volem que sigui d&#8217;una determinada manera que probablement no ser\u00e0. Tampoc perqu\u00e8 ens entestem a tenir ra\u00f3 en all\u00f2 que va ser o vivim com a injust.  <\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed que, ja de per si, deixar anar resulta una mica ardu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>I si poso l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a no agafar-lo?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>D&#8217;un temps cap aqu\u00ed m&#8217;he adonat que si poso l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a <em>no agafar<\/em> el que no m&#8217;interessa, no em conv\u00e9 o no m&#8217;aporta, particularment experi\u00e8ncies emocionals, m&#8217;estalvio molt malestar. M&#8217;estalvio haver de bregar despr\u00e9s amb aix\u00f2, portar-lo a coll tot el dia (o tota la vida, qui sap!), entrar en un estat enrarit o conf\u00fas. <\/p>\n<p>Pot semblar una cosa subtil, imperceptible, incontrolable, per\u00f2 la veritat \u00e9s que l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 es pot refinar de tal manera com per identificar el moment en qu\u00e8 comencem a perdre&#8217;ns en alguna situaci\u00f3, dit popularment, el moment en qu\u00e8 \u201centrem al drap\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Si tenim clar qu\u00e8 \u00e9s deixar anar hist\u00f2ries personals, podrem tenir clar que \u00e9s agafar-les. I aix\u00f2 \u00e9s al que \u00faltimament em dedico quan noto que es comen\u00e7a a moure al cos una cosa susceptible de quedar-me enganxada. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Qu\u00e8 com faig per no agafar?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A mi em resulta m\u00e9s o menys f\u00e0cil a partir de la sensaci\u00f3 que genera al meu cos la reacci\u00f3 davant d&#8217;un esdeveniment.<\/p>\n<p>Poso l&#8217;exemple d&#8217;una picabaralla amb alg\u00fa, suficient en el meu cas perqu\u00e8 es desencadeni una resposta emocional que \u00e9s on jo em perdo. Tan aviat me n&#8217;adono i poso la consci\u00e8ncia all\u00e0, espec\u00edficament en la sensaci\u00f3 corporal m\u00e9s concreta o menys, per a mi en general al centre del pit, de forma espont\u00e0nia ocorre una breu contenci\u00f3 de l&#8217;al\u00e8 i despr\u00e9s una exhalaci\u00f3 (\u00e9s el que he observat a gran manera),  <strong>amb la intenci\u00f3 de no deixar-me portar per aquesta viv\u00e8ncia<\/strong> (IMPORTANT LA INTENCI\u00d3 FERMA!), amb determinaci\u00f3, aix\u00f2 es converteix en una cosa aix\u00ed com desendollar el corrent que va comen\u00e7ar a absorbir aquesta reacci\u00f3 per prendre-la i tornar-la al <em>centre<\/em> o dedicar-la a all\u00f2 que estigui fent o m&#8217;interessi.<\/p>\n<p>Per centre em refereixo a l&#8217;espai testimoni, observador, consci\u00e8ncia, pres\u00e8ncia, o simplement a la respiraci\u00f3, al cos o alguna part d&#8217;aquest per percebre les sensacions com pot ser pes, temperatura o contacte amb alguna superf\u00edcie o amb una altra part del cos. \u00c9s a dir, notar les plantes dels peus i sensaci\u00f3 de formigueig en elles per exemple, o els palmells de les mans i la frescor a les puntes dels dits. O, \u00e9s clar, amb qualsevol altra part del cos.  <\/p>\n<p>Fer aix\u00f2, que potser frega el mestratge, m&#8217;estalvia molta energia, judicis, baralles internes o externes, i m&#8217;atorga calma i fins i tot m\u00e9s pau.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Que no sempre funciona?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Per a algunes persones potser \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil interrompre el discurs que alimenta l&#8217;emoci\u00f3 i alhora la sensaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>He explicat el que he descobert sobre interrompre una viv\u00e8ncia emocional viciada, que no m&#8217;interessa, i he constatat que en interrompre el proc\u00e9s (qu\u00edmic ?) de l&#8217;emoci\u00f3, interrompo el discurs mental.<\/p>\n<p>Segurament per a altres persones resulti m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil intentar tallar la xerrameca narrativa per apagar les seves manifestacions corporals.<\/p>\n<p>Per algun motiu m&#8217;est\u00e0 resultant m\u00e9s c\u00f2mode (que encara no s\u00e9 qu\u00e8 tan f\u00e0cil) i m\u00e9s org\u00e0nic rescatar l&#8217;energia que inverteix l&#8217;organisme en aquests processos de resposta davant d&#8217;un est\u00edmul, en aquest cas un est\u00edmul que es correspon amb alguna cosa que va dir o va fer alg\u00fa, no un est\u00edmul que realment requereix una adaptaci\u00f3 psico-corpori-emocional. Perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que em passa, encara, moltes vegades, una coseta de res desencadena un torrent (b\u00e9, no tan torrent per\u00f2 ho pot arribar a ser) que no es correspon amb el requeriment de resposta davant del succ\u00e9s.
