{"id":2762,"date":"2020-12-25T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-12-24T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saludcreativa.com\/cuidar-la-paraula-a-la-parla\/"},"modified":"2020-12-25T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-12-24T23:00:00","slug":"cuidar-la-paraula-a-la-parla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saludcreativa.com\/ca\/cuidar-la-paraula-a-la-parla\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuidar la paraula a la parla"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Tenir cura de la paraula no \u00e9s dir \u00ab<em>Bon dia<\/em>\u00bb educadament<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sobretot, no es tracta de no dir qu\u00e8 volem o necessitem dir, no \u00e9s assumpte d&#8217;inhibir-se, reprimir-se o callar, de no fer valer els propis drets i el respecte, no \u00e9s aix\u00f2.<\/p>\n<p>Cuidar la palabra al hablar se refiere a informar, anunciar, comunicar, afirmarse, declarar, denunciar, nombrar, todo aquello que corresponda con <strong>el arte de cuidar, inclusive mimar, las palabras empleadas celando tambi\u00e9n la carga emocional y las formas no verbales con que se pronuncian<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tal com he escrit, \u00e9s un art, per a mi, en tot cas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s f\u00e0cil <em>deixar<\/em> anar les coses de qualsevol manera. Mig f\u00e0cil cuidar el vocabulari o evitar almenys colar algunes expressions pejoratives. Mig dif\u00edcil prendre la responsabilitat sobre all\u00f2 que es parla i se sent fent-se c\u00e0rrec del contingut del que es comunica. M\u00e9s dif\u00edcil gestionar la c\u00e0rrega emocional per no disparar-la sobre la persona interlocutora. Dif\u00edcil tamb\u00e9 afinar el to de veu, la velocitat en parlar, la mirada, els gestos. Dif\u00edcil del tot combinar aquests tres aspectes, missatge, c\u00e0rrega emocional, all\u00f2 no verbal, per comunicar amb fermesa, seguretat, sense titubeig, amb respecte, claredat, concreci\u00f3, direcci\u00f3, sense intents, amb la intenci\u00f3 a m\u00e9s que sigui \u00fatil per a si i per a altres persones, relaci\u00f3, projecte, empresa, etc., si escau.     <\/p>\n<p>Tot aix\u00f2 \u00e9s mestratge, almenys per a mi!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Aix\u00f2 de cuidar la paraula no \u00e9s natural aleshores\u2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Crec que es confon \u201cser natural\u201d amb \u201cval qualsevol cosa\u201d. A dia d&#8217;avui, no crec que aix\u00f2 sigui natural, m\u00e9s aviat ho veig com vomitar el que es pensa o sent sense contemplar res m\u00e9s, ignorant probablement de les pr\u00f2pies limitacions de mira, d&#8217;auto-respecte i auto-cura (<strong>el que llan\u00e7o , m&#8217;ho cruspeixo<\/strong>!), de l&#8217;objectiu \u00faltim de tal acci\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>Evidentment, no \u00e9s q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de tornar-se un robot, de perdre frescor, espontane\u00eftat, llibertat, m\u00e9s aviat \u00e9s una forma intel\u00b7ligent, sana, pac\u00edfica, veritable, creativa, art\u00edstica fins i tot com he esmentat abans.<\/p>\n<p>Per descomptat sempre estar\u00e0 el costat m\u00e9s autom\u00e0tic, visceral o reactiu des del qual intervenir, personalment em veig com a persona reactiva, nom\u00e9s que cuidar les formes en qu\u00e8 transmeto em d\u00f3na m\u00e9s pau o me la treu, nom\u00e9s aix\u00f2.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed que podem triar entre no cuidar com parlem (i per tant com ens parlem) per tal de manifestar-nos com surti, o parar atenci\u00f3 a la manera com ho fem.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s cert que suposa un treball cultivar la manera d&#8217;expressar-nos, com tot requereix comen\u00e7ar i seguir fins a prendre-li gust al tema, tant per no voler fer-ho d&#8217;una altra manera.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quins passos seguir per desenvolupar la qualitat de parlar amb qualitat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hi ha dos espais per aconseguir desplegar qualitat a la nostra parla.<\/p>\n<p>Un, relacionat amb les interrelacions i els autodi\u00e0legs, \u00e9s posar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a l&#8217;hora de parlar b\u00e9 sigui a alg\u00fa o amb si, \u00e9s a dir, <strong>escoltar-se com es parla.<\/strong> Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s molt important perqu\u00e8 d\u00f3na molta informaci\u00f3 sobre si, sobre all\u00f2 que ens est\u00e0 passant internament. Potser \u00e9s dif\u00edcil en el mateix moment especialment si estem en una emoci\u00f3 d&#8217;ira, r\u00e0bia, enuig, contra alg\u00fa o alguna cosa, per\u00f2 despr\u00e9s podem reflexionar-hi.  <\/p>\n<p>Escoltar-se forma part per mi d&#8217;una de les principals pr\u00e0ctiques d&#8217;autoconeixement. Amb aix\u00f2 puc rectificar la manera de comunicar en el moment o en una futura ocasi\u00f3 despr\u00e9s de la reflexi\u00f3 posterior, puc adonar-me en qu\u00e8 m&#8217;ensopego, amb qu\u00e8 i com em bloquejo, quines coses repeteixo, qu\u00e8 sento o qu\u00e8 em va passant a nivell emocional, puc portar despr\u00e9s el que m\u2019ha passat a meditaci\u00f3 per observar-ho i assolir una comprensi\u00f3 o tractar-ho en ter\u00e0pia. <\/p>\n<p>Un altre espai essencial \u00e9s el relacionat amb <strong>fer-se responsable<\/strong> <strong>del que \u00e9s propi<\/strong>, de les pr\u00f2pies necessitats, de les pr\u00f2pies emocions i viv\u00e8ncies com r\u00e0bia, frustraci\u00f3, ansietat, por, tristesa, buit, etc., dels propis assumptes inconclusos, de les ferides, el dolor intern i tot all\u00f2 que es projecta amb facilitat en qui es t\u00e9 al davant perqu\u00e8 se&#8217;l considera el causant per exemple.<\/p>\n<p>Conv\u00e9 recordar que la resta de persones fan detonar les nostres coses pendents encara i no tenint aquesta intenci\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>No tinc cap dubte que cal atendre dins i que a m\u00e9s pau interna, m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil \u00e9s comunicar-se pac\u00edficament.
