Moments de certa tensi\u00f3 es presenten de vegades, tamb\u00e9 en general for\u00e7a lleugers. <\/p>\n<p>No puc treure cap altra conclusi\u00f3 que aix\u00f2 \u00e9s degut a la pr\u00e0ctica de meditaci\u00f3, de fet, tots dos practiquem. Ara s\u00ed, si penses que aix\u00f2 \u00e9s un invent, jo nom\u00e9s s\u00e9 que aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el que passa des del comprom\u00eds quotidi\u00e0 amb la pr\u00e0ctica. <\/p>\n<p>La ter\u00e0pia (individual i\/o de parella) d\u00f3na visi\u00f3 sobre qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 passant, ho fa evident, aclareix, posa nom a les coses, mobilitza, remou, ajuda a prendre decisions i dur a terme accions, pacifica, sana. La meditaci\u00f3 potencia la capacitat d&#8217;autogesti\u00f3, d&#8217;estar, de romandre al centre encara i notant que alguna cosa dins bull, de parar abans de reaccionar, \u00e9s a dir, de donar una resposta menys (o res) reactiva, de mantenir una certa (o completa) perspectiva. <\/p>\n<p>El t\u00e0ndem perfecte per\u00f2 en aquest article vull fer especial \u00e8mfasi en all\u00f2 que aporta la meditaci\u00f3 a la relaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Si tinc m\u00e9s capacitat de romandre en mi sense perdre&#8217;m en la situaci\u00f3, \u00e9s evident que puc atendre-la amb molta m\u00e9s temperan\u00e7a, i que ning\u00fa s&#8217;imagini que \u00e9s des d&#8217;un aguantar-se, mossegar-se els llavis, pr\u00e9mer els punys o coses aix\u00ed, no, tot el contrari.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Qu\u00e8 m&#8217;ofereix de valu\u00f3s la meditaci\u00f3 en la gesti\u00f3 de la relaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La pr\u00e0ctica regular de meditaci\u00f3 em facilita poder fer front als moments de desacord d&#8217;una manera m\u00e9s relaxada i amb aix\u00f2 m\u00e9s encertada. Com menys reactivitat, menys salt a la primera. <\/p>\n<p>Com ha passat? Diu la Neuroci\u00e8ncia, que dedica molta feina i recursos a investigar sobre les t\u00e8cniques contemplatives, que meditar canvia literalment el cervell, modifica les seves estructures, zones espec\u00edfiques, entre elles l&#8217;am\u00edgdala que \u00e9s el centre de la regulaci\u00f3 emocional. Com sigui, aquestes t\u00e8cniques desenvolupen qualitats com a pres\u00e8ncia, tremp, visi\u00f3, autogesti\u00f3, no \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 estrany que la manera d&#8217;intervenir en la relaci\u00f3 es modifiqui per b\u00e9.  <\/p>\n<p>No \u00e9s que funcioni en mode robot, per res! \u00c9s m\u00e9s aviat que la valoraci\u00f3 de la situaci\u00f3 canvia, \u00e9s una altra, que on percebia amena\u00e7a simplement hi ha difer\u00e8ncia. Tampoc no \u00e9s assumpte que tot s&#8217;hi val i de qualsevol manera, de ser indulgent, sin\u00f3 que es tracta d&#8217;atendre des de la fermesa, cosa que comporta molt menys desgast individual i de la relaci\u00f3.  <\/p>\n<p>La pau que s&#8217;aconsegueix a dins, es revela fora, en aquest cas a la interacci\u00f3. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s aplicable a la relaci\u00f3 de parella, de fam\u00edlia, amistat, equip de treball, s\u00f2cies\/socis, etc. Evidentment, si totes les parts s\u00f3n practicants, ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil perqu\u00e8 cadascuna es gestionar\u00e0 all\u00f2 de propi per\u00f2 si no \u00e9s aix\u00ed, sempre es desgastar\u00e0 menys i perdr\u00e0 menys pau interna qui millor s&#8217;autogestioni.  <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Vols aprendre a meditar?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Em refereixo a aprendre la via per aconseguir el desenvolupament de les qualitats descrites al llarg de la publicaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Es comen\u00e7a des del punt d&#8217;inici on est\u00e0 cadasc\u00fa. Hi ha persones de per si ja molt tranquil\u00b7les mentre altres salten a la m\u00ednima, hi ha qui ent\u00e9n de qu\u00e8 va des del primer moment i hi ha qui triga m\u00e9s, per aix\u00f2 el resultat de la pr\u00e0ctica \u00e9s totalment personal. <\/p>\n<p>El m\u00e9s important \u00e9s comen\u00e7ar, posar-se, exercitar, amb quina t\u00e8cnica? Doncs per no estendre&#8217;m en aquest article on volia posar en valor el que m&#8217;aporta a nivell de relaci\u00f3 de parella, comparteixo m\u00e9s avall una pr\u00e0ctica de base amb la qual comen\u00e7ar.
