{"id":2895,"date":"2020-12-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-12-11T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saludcreativa.com\/ment-de-principiant\/"},"modified":"2020-12-12T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-12-11T23:00:00","slug":"ment-de-principiant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saludcreativa.com\/ca\/ment-de-principiant\/","title":{"rendered":"Ment de principiant"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Desenvolupant una \u201cment de principiant\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Coincideixo amb Jon Kabat Zinn que desenvolupar una ment de principiant en la meditaci\u00f3 i en la vida en general \u00e9s una bona actitud que ens permet estar plenament presents i conscients en l&#8217;ara.<\/p>\n<p>Tenir ment de principiant vol dir no donar les coses per fetes o per sabudes, cosa que ens pot fer sentir massa confiats, cosa que alhora ens impossibilita veure la realitat aqu\u00ed ara (jo, tu, les circumst\u00e0ncies) com realment s\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En desenvolupar la ment de principiant tamb\u00e9 estem cultivant la humilitat i l&#8217;obertura aix\u00ed com deixem enrere la remugaci\u00f3 (judicis i prejudicis, conclusions, rigidesa mental, etc.). El que obtenim a canvi \u00e9s una millor i major connexi\u00f3 amb all\u00f2 que contactem a trav\u00e9s dels sentits, la qual cosa ens condueix a aprofundir en l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia i a gaudir m\u00e9s \u00e0mpliament d&#8217;aquesta. <\/p>\n<p>Fa un parell de dies vaig estar passejant per un cam\u00ed al costat del mar i vaig observar amb deteniment uns arbres que havia vist desenes de vegades pr\u00e8viament. Vaig enfocar la meva atenci\u00f3 en ells com si fos la primera vegada que els vei\u00e9s i realment crec que va ser aix\u00ed, era la primera vegada que veia els arbres en tota la seva bellesa i magnitud. Per poder veure els arbres vaig haver de parar, deixar de pensar, de posar paraules i intentar veure&#8217;ls pel que eren. Per un moment em vaig sentir en meditaci\u00f3, en consci\u00e8ncia plena simplement veient sense cap interpretaci\u00f3, i vaig sentir calma mental i centrament a m\u00e9s de contemplar la bellesa que crea la natura, en aquest cas a trav\u00e9s dels arbres.   <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mirar com si fos la primera vegada<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Aquesta actitud \u00e9s igualment v\u00e0lida quan ens trobem amb altres persones. Moltes vegades no veiem les persones tal com s\u00f3n (aqu\u00ed i ara). Si s\u00f3n amics o familiars, solem veure&#8217;ls a trav\u00e9s de la idea constru\u00efda a la nostra ment a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncies passades, cosa que ens porta a enjudiciar o encasellar molt f\u00e0cilment les persones.  <\/p>\n<p>Buda va dir que la realitat \u00e9s anicca, \u00e9s a dir que tot canvia, per tant les persones canvien, evolucionen i es transformen per poc que sigui. De vegades ens passa que tampoc no actualitzem la visi\u00f3 interna que tenim de nosaltres mateixos i podem no ser conscients de la nostra pr\u00f2pia evoluci\u00f3 i el nostre canvi a causa d&#8217;aquesta idea fixa que podem tenir sobre nosaltres mateixos. <\/p>\n<p>Quan ens trobem persones desconegudes, sol ser com\u00fa prejutjar aquestes persones en base a experi\u00e8ncies antigues (persones que hem conegut i ens recorden aquesta que tenim davant) i per tant el que veiem \u00e9s una projecci\u00f3 del nostre propi contingut mental inconscient. En aquest cas, \u00e9s positiu per a la relaci\u00f3 intentar veure la persona sense judicis ni interpretacions, cosa que ens ajuda a minorar la remugaci\u00f3 excessiva i a comunicar-nos amb l&#8217;altre d&#8217;una manera m\u00e9s realista. Es parla molt d&#8217;empatitzar, de la pr\u00e0ctica de l&#8217;empatia, per\u00f2 no \u00e9s possible fer-la si internament jutgem o rebutgem (conscientment o inconscientment) la persona amb qui ens estem relacionant.  <\/p>\n<p>Tenir ment de principiant requereix, al principi, esfor\u00e7, per\u00f2 de mica en mica es va instaurant en nosaltres aquesta nova visi\u00f3 que ens obre a una vida molt m\u00e9s sana, intensa i nova ja que cada moment \u00e9s \u00fanic, igual que cada arbre o cada persona.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Manuel Torres S\u00e1nchez<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ment de principiant es refereix a contemplar i apreciar les coses com si fossin noves cada cop que se&#8217;n pren contacte.
