{"id":2896,"date":"2020-11-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-11-02T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saludcreativa.com\/mindfulness-per-gestionar-les-circumstancies-sobreviure-i-viure-tambe\/"},"modified":"2020-11-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-11-02T23:00:00","slug":"mindfulness-per-gestionar-les-circumstancies-sobreviure-i-viure-tambe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saludcreativa.com\/ca\/mindfulness-per-gestionar-les-circumstancies-sobreviure-i-viure-tambe\/","title":{"rendered":"Mindfulness per gestionar les circumst\u00e0ncies, sobreviure i viure tamb\u00e9!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Mindfulness no \u00e9s un article de moda<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hi ha qui \u201cven\u201d Mindfulness com a t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3, com a mitj\u00e0 per assolir un estat determinat, com a eina per assolir objectius, com a eina perqu\u00e8 la realitat sigui com es desitja, etc. Potser algunes d&#8217;aquestes coses s&#8217;aconsegueixen a trav\u00e9s de Mindfulness, potser, en tot cas Mindfulness \u00e9s una manera menys aclaparadora, ansiosa i destructiva de relacionar-se amb la realitat tal com aquesta es presenta. <\/p>\n<p>Torno a escriure, una manera diferent de relacionar-se amb els esdeveniments, amb el m\u00f3n, amb la gent, amb una mateixa\/un mateix!<\/p>\n<p>Per a qu\u00e8? Per patir el m\u00ednim possible amb una realitat en moltes ocasions gens favorable.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s tot? Per\u00f2, et sembla poc? Davant d&#8217;uns fets que moltes vegades no es poden canviar, que altres vegades si el canvi \u00e9s possible \u00e9s lent, que altres vegades aquest canvi dep\u00e8n de factors aliens a una i un, o que el canvi no resulta del tot favorable o contrari als propis interessos, i d&#8217;altres escenaris m\u00e9s, en aquest context no queda m\u00e9s que enfocar la realitat d&#8217;una altra manera diferent de la baralla, la frustraci\u00f3, la decepci\u00f3, la ira, el ressentiment, la desconfian\u00e7a, la por, el temor, la pena, la tristesa, la desmotivaci\u00f3, i un llarg ventall de reaccions que de no posar dist\u00e0ncia interna respecte a la font que les provoca, la nostra derrota com a persones est\u00e0 garantida.  <\/p>\n<p>Sembla estrany aix\u00f2 de conviure amb la realitat tal com es presenta patint-la el m\u00ednim possible&#8230; Eureka! Aquesta \u00e9s la clau de Mindfulness, anomenada Atenci\u00f3 plena en castell\u00e0. Atenci\u00f3 a no perdre&#8217;ns a la nostra pel\u00b7l\u00edcula interna de com haurien de ser les coses, la gent, els altres, tant s\u00ed com no i al marge de com es donin els successos. Compte! Aix\u00f2 no vol dir no fer res ni tampoc prendre cap acci\u00f3, al contrari, les accions que es prenen s\u00f3n intel\u00b7ligents invertint l&#8217;energia necess\u00e0ria sense m\u00e9s desgast que el que requereixin.     <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>En poques paraules, Mindfulness \u00e9s&#8230;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9s a dir, Mindfulness o Atenci\u00f3 plena \u00e9s viure la vida amb all\u00f2 que porta perdent la m\u00ednima pau interna possible. I aix\u00f2, a m\u00e9s de ser un potent vehicle de salut psicoemocional i fins i tot f\u00edsica m&#8217;atreveixo a dir, permet recargolar-se menys davant la impot\u00e8ncia de no poder canviar la realitat, almenys immediatament. Permet tenir m\u00e9s tranquil\u00b7litat, m\u00e9s serenitat, calma, perspectiva, visi\u00f3, distensi\u00f3, flu\u00efdesa.  <\/p>\n<p>Cert, no \u00e9s una cosa que s\u2019instal\u00b7la com un programa en un dispositiu. Requereix entrenament, comprom\u00eds i posar-se s\u00ed o s\u00ed com sigui a practicar. Qui no practica ass\u00edduament no en notar\u00e0 els efectes, o poc i potser nom\u00e9s puntualment durant un exercici ocasional. Qui s&#8217;entesta a desenvolupar l&#8217;actitud \u201cmindful\u201d, una actitud amb una qualitat d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 desenvolupada, present, oberta, disponible, receptiva aconsegueix posar espai intern entre els successos i la persona. I en cas d&#8217;haver-se perdut en aquests successos, aquesta actitud li facilita la tornada al centre, a \u201ccasa\u201d com se sol dir en aquests termes, en lloc de veure&#8217;s arrossegada, submergida i sacsejada tota per complet pel que passa.    <\/p>\n<p>Per descomptat no \u00e9s m\u00e0gia, no \u00e9s simple (encara que s\u00ed), \u00e9s cosa de posar-se, practicar, desenvolupar la consci\u00e8ncia, instal\u00b7lar-s&#8217;hi per generar espai davant les elucubracions i discursos interns que les nostres ments improvisen. La realitat continuar\u00e0 sent la que \u00e9s, la viv\u00e8ncia canviar\u00e0, segur. <\/p>\n<p>Mindfulness \u00e9s doncs un model nom\u00e9s per bregar amb els conflictes? No, no, no. Quan les coses estan b\u00e9, i molt probablement puguem trobar uns quants de moments aix\u00ed al llarg del dia, gaudim si us plau, gaudim! Al m\u00e0xim amb el plaer que provoca un menjar, una beguda, el sol i l&#8217;aire a la pell, una dutxa, un somriure, una car\u00edcia, un so, una olor. No ens oblidem de gaudir de la vida, ni encara en petits instants passatgers de benestar perqu\u00e8 viure&#8217;ls plenament s\u00f3n un regal de la vida.    <\/p>\n<p>Per tant, no esperem que tot es col\u00b7loqui al seu lloc per viure amb plenitud, per sentir-nos, per sentir, per respirar profund.
