{"id":2898,"date":"2020-10-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-15T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saludcreativa.com\/mindfulness-per-a-la-vida-quotidiana\/"},"modified":"2020-10-16T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-10-15T22:00:00","slug":"mindfulness-per-a-la-vida-quotidiana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saludcreativa.com\/ca\/mindfulness-per-a-la-vida-quotidiana\/","title":{"rendered":"Mindfulness per a la vida quotidiana"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Una paraula poc familiar per a una cosa molt important<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La paraula en angl\u00e8s <em>mindfulness<\/em> la podem traduir com a atenci\u00f3 o consci\u00e8ncia plena.<\/p>\n<p>Des d&#8217;aquesta perspectiva no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s bona la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;aquest recurs a la nostra vida quotidiana, sin\u00f3 que de vegades \u00e9s necessari i de vital import\u00e0ncia. N&#8217;\u00e9s un exemple quan condu\u00efm a la carretera o a la ciutat, l&#8217;estat d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 plena pot ser determinant a l&#8217;hora de prevenir o evitar un accident mentre que la manca d&#8217;aquesta habilitat pot ser la generadora d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncies dram\u00e0tiques com \u00e9s el cas de molts dels accidents de circulaci\u00f3 que s\u00f3n deguts a la manca d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 en el moment present en conduir. <\/p>\n<p>Amb aquest exemple vull remarcar la import\u00e0ncia i la necessitat del mindfulness en determinats moments de la nostra vida quotidiana.<\/p>\n<p>Tots sabem per experi\u00e8ncia pr\u00f2pia la import\u00e0ncia que tenen les relacions personals a la nostra vida ja sigui a trav\u00e9s de relacions laborals, familiars o entre amics. Els amics, coneguts, clients o familiars poden ser font de benestar, alegria i plaer o per contra poden generar molt de malestar i patiment en nosaltres. <\/p>\n<p>Sens dubte el mindfulness \u00e9s una de les eines m\u00e9s poderoses que hi ha per poder ser conscients de nosaltres mateixos mentre ens relacionem amb els altres. En la mesura que anem desenvolupant aquest estat d&#8217;autoconsci\u00e8ncia, anem descobrint i entenent com pensem i interpretem (mentre ens relacionem) sobre nosaltres mateixos, els altres i els esdeveniments. Mitjan\u00e7ant el desenvolupament de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 plena, podem descobrir en nosaltres patrons de pensaments positius o constructius i patrons de pensaments negatius o destructius.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mindfulness, una via directa a l\u2019auto coneixement<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>No cal dir que quan pensem negativament sobre la persona que tenim davant autom\u00e0ticament la relaci\u00f3 es deteriora o es trenca, dit altrament sorgeix el conflicte ja que possiblement i a causa de les neurones mirall aquesta persona sent el rebuig independentment de la cara agradadora que posem. Per contra, quan ens relacionem amb l&#8217;altre i internament aquest tracte va acompanyat d&#8217;una actitud interna positiva d&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 i no judici, la persona tamb\u00e9 ho capta (encara que sigui a nivell inconscient) i per tant la resposta en general \u00e9s positiva i d&#8217;obertura. <\/p>\n<p>Partint d&#8217;aquesta idea o m\u00e9s aviat des d&#8217;aquesta realitat, el mindfulness \u00e9s la pedra angular de l&#8217;autoconeixement i per tant de l&#8217;autogesti\u00f3 mental i emocional ja que nom\u00e9s puc gestionar en mi all\u00f2 que conec, all\u00f2 que veig i all\u00f2 que accepto, sense judici ni rebuig. \u00c9s a dir que puc veure, mentre em relaciono a la meva vida quotidiana, que potser estic enfadat per\u00f2 en ser-ne conscient ho gestiono i no ho projecte al client, familiar o amic. <\/p>\n<p>Mindfulness, auto responsabilitat i autogesti\u00f3 s\u00f3n tres actituds internes que quan treballen juntes esdevenen molt poderoses en el sentit que en lloc de convertir-nos en v\u00edctimes de les circumst\u00e0ncies ens empoderen ja que moltes vegades no podem canviar els fets o les persones per\u00f2 si podem canviar la nostra manera de pensar sobre els fets i les persones. Per a mi aqu\u00ed resideix l&#8217;empoderament i la llibertat interior. <\/p>\n<p>El mindfulness \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 un recurs molt \u00fatil i pr\u00e0ctic per a la nostra vida en el sentit que quan estem atents a all\u00f2 \u201cque tenim entre mans\u201d ens ubiquem de manera natural en el present o dit d&#8217;una altra manera, en mirar i \u201cveure\u201d, en tocar i \u201cnotar\u201d o en sentir i \u201cescoltar\u201d, aix\u00f2 genera en nosaltres un estat intern de pres\u00e8ncia conscient i provoca que ens ubiquem en el present amb el conseg\u00fcent benefici que comporta ja que deixem d&#8217;invertir mentalment energia est\u00e8ril a la PRE-ocupaci\u00f3 per ocupar-nos plenament en all\u00f2 que tenim davant<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Manuel Torres S\u00e1nchez<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mindfulness o Atenci\u00f3 plena que \u00e9s com s&#8217;ha tradu\u00eft aquesta paraula de l&#8217;angl\u00e8s, \u00e9s un cam\u00ed per a la gesti\u00f3 de les situacions quotidianes, per a la introspecci\u00f3 i l&#8217;autoconeixement, per al desplegament del potencial hum\u00e0.
