Especialment perqu\u00e8 hi ha persones que han de romandre en postura jacent per malaltia, convalesc\u00e8ncia o altres motius, perqu\u00e8 hi ha persones que el seu dia transcorre en cadira de rodes i en molts casos no poden al\u00e7ar la seva columna, perqu\u00e8 hi ha tamb\u00e9 persones que sense patir cap de les anteriors situacions no es veuen o no s\u00f3n capaces, almenys de moment, de mantenir l&#8217;esquena recta per un per\u00edode de temps llarg sense recolzar-la, tampoc de seure a terra i menys encara de doblegar les cames. <\/p>\n<p>Davant les dificultats individuals de cadasc\u00fa es podria fer la pregunta si es pot meditar en una altra postura i la resposta rotunda \u00e9s s\u00ed. La postura no pot ser un impediment. <\/p>\n<p>Es tracta sobretot d&#8217;una actitud i una intenci\u00f3 m\u00e9s que no pas d&#8217;una col\u00b7locaci\u00f3 rigorosa.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, qui ha de romandre amb el cos estirat o necessita recolzar la seva esquena contra la paret o el respatller de la cadira o li conv\u00e9 m\u00e9s mantenir les cames estirades, pot practicar sense m\u00e9s ni m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;actitud i la intenci\u00f3 a qu\u00e8 em refereixo i que conv\u00e9 desenvolupar en la posici\u00f3 que sigui s\u00f3n les de mantenir l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 present, la predisposici\u00f3 a prendre consci\u00e8ncia, a focalitzar i atendre els processos que van esdevenint durant el temps de pr\u00e0ctica. \u00c9s com estar en una posici\u00f3 recta internament, atenta, encara que el cos no acompanyi. <\/p>\n<p>Si \u00e9s possible de fer-ho, la postura dreta de la columna ajuda a apel\u00b7lar i mantenir l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 desperta a m\u00e9s d&#8217;afavorir la tonificaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;enfortiment de la musculatura de l&#8217;esquena. Per\u00f2 si no \u00e9s viable, \u00e9s important entrenar l&#8217;actitud de la pres\u00e8ncia i enfocar-se en l&#8217;exercici meditatiu. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>All\u00f2 important de meditar \u00e9s la meditaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Al marge de les explicacions que fonamenten les teories antigues descrivint el perqu\u00e8 de col\u00b7locar el cos en aquesta forma tradicional, em decanto per veure la postura com una cosa secund\u00e0ria i la meditaci\u00f3 en si mateixa com el tema principal.<\/p>\n<p>Hauria de ser m\u00e9s important per a la persona practicant estar al corrent de si s&#8217;est\u00e0 evadint, escapant-se, distraient, inventant hist\u00f2ries, quan medita que una postura perfecta.<\/p>\n<p>Penso que la meditaci\u00f3 ha de ser una medicina a l&#8217;abast de tots els individus sigui quina sigui la seva condici\u00f3, per tant, caldr\u00e0 adaptar les formes a les possibilitats m\u00e9s que fer de l&#8217;exercici de la meditaci\u00f3 una cosa exclusiva d&#8217;aquells que dominen el cos.<\/p>\n<p>Comencem per entrar a dins, per mirar a dins, per escoltar a dins, de la manera m\u00e9s apropiada possible. Despr\u00e9s, si hi ha opci\u00f3, perfeccionem la postura. <\/p>\n<p>Personalment, meditar asseguda en cadira (en el meu cas puc mantenir la columna dreta sense recolzar-la) amb els peus contra el terra em facilita centrar-me i experimentar una connexi\u00f3 m\u00e9s gran amb l&#8217;aqu\u00ed, cosa que asseguda de forma tradicional curiosament no visc.<\/p>\n<p>Seria bon assumpte, per a qui pot optar per col\u00b7locar el cos i les cames d&#8217;una manera o altra, explorar i trobar les difer\u00e8ncies si les identifica, de manera que tingui l&#8217;oportunitat de notar qu\u00e8 li aporta cada posici\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Com sigui, la import\u00e0ncia de meditar no pot eradicar tant en com est\u00e0 posat el vehicle que \u00e9s el cos.
