S\u00ed que \u00e9s una adaptaci\u00f3 de la filosofia budista, o en tot cas, de la seva ess\u00e8ncia quant a una manera d&#8217;enfocar i encarar les circumst\u00e0ncies de la vida. <\/p>\n<p>Igual que a occident es fa sovint refer\u00e8ncia, en molts camps, als fil\u00f2sofs grecs i no per aix\u00f2 se&#8217;ls vincula al politeisme de l&#8217;\u00e8poca, de la mateixa manera Mindfulness pren dels ensenyaments del budisme deixant de banda els rituals religiosos.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed Mindfulness \u00e9s utilitzat des de pr\u00e0ctica de relaxaci\u00f3 -\u00fas erroni al meu entendre- fins a mitj\u00e0 per a la introspecci\u00f3 i l&#8217;autoconeixement, \u00e9s a dir, tot un viatge interior.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mindfulness no s\u00f3n t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dic aix\u00f2 perqu\u00e8 hi ha qui l&#8217;utilitza o recomana amb aquesta finalitat i en realitat aquest no \u00e9s el prop\u00f2sit i fins i tot pot, a l&#8217;inici o en certs moments, posar en evid\u00e8ncia el nerviosisme, la intranquil\u00b7litat o l&#8217;ansietat que la persona porti per dins.<\/p>\n<p>Vegem com opera aix\u00f2 del Mindfulness.<\/p>\n<p>Una de les pr\u00e0ctiques m\u00e9s recorregudes \u00e9s la de focalitzar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3, la qual cosa pot induir a una certa o gran relaxaci\u00f3. Aix\u00f2 vol dir que en lloc de tenir el cap pensant, remugant, processant, diversos assumptes alhora relacionats amb el present, el passat o el futur, aconseguim enfocar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 just en qu\u00e8 ens ocupa aqu\u00ed ara en aquest moment&#8230; i aix\u00f2, uf!, sol ser un b\u00e0lsam per a l&#8217;enrenou mental que carreguem al cervell. <\/p>\n<p>Amb aix\u00f2 i tot de vegades, en fer aquesta pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;enfocament, ens topem amb all\u00f2 que necessita ser at\u00e8s, generalment de forma eminent. Pot ser un assumpte emocional relacionat amb p\u00e8rdua, dolor, incertesa, temor, frustraci\u00f3, o qualsevol cosa que mobilitza el nostre interior i fins i tot ens trontolla. <\/p>\n<p>En aquests moments, hi ha qui decideix deixar de practicar perqu\u00e8 arriba a la conclusi\u00f3 que Mindfulness no \u00e9s per a ella o per a ell. Quin error! Precisament Mindfulness ens permet desenvolupar la fermesa per afrontar les circumst\u00e0ncies i transitar-les sense que ens esfondrin o arrosseguin al fons i si es don\u00e9s el cas, ens ajuda a recuperar-nos abans. A m\u00e9s, quan es tracta d&#8217;assumptes interns, la pr\u00e0ctica ens facilita buidar i actualitzar els continguts emmagatzemats, cosa que el converteix en un recurs molt valu\u00f3s.   <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comencem pel principi de la pr\u00e0ctica de Mindfulness<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;exercici formal m\u00e9s usual \u00e9s centrar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 en la respiraci\u00f3 o en una sensaci\u00f3 corporal amb el prop\u00f2sit d&#8217;entrenar-se a deixar d&#8217;alimentar la divagaci\u00f3, la dispersi\u00f3, els pensaments obsessius o del tipus que siguin, bucles emocionals. No per tal de negar la seva exist\u00e8ncia -de nou una mala praxi de Mindfulness- sin\u00f3 amb l&#8217;objectiu de no fer cr\u00e9ixer hist\u00f2ries, fantasies i viv\u00e8ncies que ens absenten i resten pres\u00e8ncia, ens abdueixen o arrosseguen a experi\u00e8ncies alienes a l&#8217;aqu\u00ed-ara. <\/p>\n<p>Pot ser que la divagaci\u00f3 tingui el seu atractiu quan el moment present no resulti agradable i recordar o imaginar alguna cosa grata ens generi un alleujament. Ning\u00fa ha dit que sigui incorrecte, del que es tracta \u00e9s de ser conscient si aix\u00f2 es fa per evadir una realitat que no ve de gust afrontar o si es tria \u00abescapar\u00bb per una estona per evitar quelcom desagradable o dolor\u00f3s, sabent qu\u00e8 \u00e9s all\u00f2 real relacionat amb el moment present i qu\u00e8 \u00e9s all\u00f2 creat a l&#8217;espai de la imaginaci\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>Mindfulness ens fa lliures, lliures d&#8217;escollir, fins i tot triar ser-hi present o somiant, si b\u00e9 a m\u00e9s es practica, menys es vol estar donant voltes per \u201call\u00e0\u201d. Aquesta \u00e9s la meva experi\u00e8ncia! <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Reduir Mindfulness a la focalitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 \u00e9s com reduir l\u2019univers a l\u2019exist\u00e8ncia de la terra<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Potser \u00e9s molt comparar Mindfulness amb la infinitud de l&#8217;univers per\u00f2 \u00e9s cert que avui dia s&#8217;aplica com qui es pren un comprimit per treure\u2019s el mal de cap quan en realitat ens obre tot un cam\u00ed i un m\u00f3n per rec\u00f3rrer.<\/p>\n<p>Per comen\u00e7ar, ja va b\u00e9 la difusi\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest model com una mena de remei per ser persones felices per\u00f2 si volem, des d&#8217;aquesta llibertat a qu\u00e8 he fet esment, ens descobreix una via a la introspecci\u00f3 i l\u2019auto coneixement, juntament amb la autoregulaci\u00f3, estats de comprensi\u00f3, desenvolupament de discerniment, saviesa, empatia (compassi\u00f3).
