En realitat, la meditaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un viatge de transformaci\u00f3 personal en qu\u00e8 ens dirigim cap al nostre interior, sols i alhora acompanyats per l&#8217;energia positiva que genera el grup. <\/p>\n<p>La primera cosa que comencem a detectar en nosaltres mateixos \u00e9s un increment de la nostra pau i claredat mental. Aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s fruit de la casualitat, \u00e9s el resultat natural que emergeix de la pr\u00e0ctica meditativa de Samatha i Vipassana. <\/p>\n<p>Per facilitar la introspecci\u00f3 i els beneficis que se&#8217;n deriven, recolzem la pr\u00e0ctica amb silenci, procurant mantenir-lo tot el temps que puguem durant el retir ja que el silenci i la perseveran\u00e7a s\u00f3n dues de les claus fonamentals de l&#8217;\u00e8xit en la pr\u00e0ctica de la meditaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Meditar va molt m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les t\u00e8cniques<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hi ha persones que v\u00e9nen als nostres retirs per pal\u00b7liar els s\u00edmptomes de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s o simplement com a forma d&#8217;aportar descans a la seva ment, cos i emocions, cosa que sens dubte passa de manera natural ja que l&#8217;entorn juga un paper molt important en el restabliment de la salut integral.<\/p>\n<p>Si b\u00e9 \u00e9s cert que cada persona parteix d&#8217;un lloc diferent a nivell intern i d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia pel que fa a les pr\u00e0ctiques meditatives, solem apel\u00b7lar a l\u2019auto responsabilitat personal i a les necessitats pr\u00f2pies respecte a la pr\u00e0ctica i al comprom\u00eds grupal sempre que aix\u00f2 no interfereixi deteriorant la conviv\u00e8ncia i la pr\u00e0ctica comuna.<\/p>\n<p>Depenent dels participants i de les necessitats vitals de les persones, a m\u00e9s de les pr\u00e0ctiques meditatives, realitzem altres activitats complement\u00e0ries com massatges, danses per alliberar l&#8217;exc\u00e9s d&#8217;energia continguda, o cants de mantras. Altres activitats opcionals com el moviment aut\u00e8ntic o meditacions en parelles tamb\u00e9 es poden fer si considerem que poden refor\u00e7ar la pr\u00e0ctica del retir. <\/p>\n<p>Aquests recessos s\u00f3n com un oasi on ens recarreguem i alliberem de tensions profundes, la qual cosa repercuteix molt positivament en la nostra vida quotidiana, la nostra feina i en les nostres relacions personals. Les setmanes seg\u00fcents al retir podem sentir-nos amb m\u00e9s energia, claredat, optimisme i benestar. <\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, aquests recessos ajuden a enfortir la nostra pr\u00e0ctica de meditaci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria la qual \u00e9s molt important per requilibrar-nos dels nostres treballs i responsabilitats.<\/p>\n<p>La meditaci\u00f3 \u00e9s consci\u00e8ncia, la consci\u00e8ncia ens porta a con\u00e8ixer-nos a nosaltres mateixos.
