Li pot saber agradable, ins\u00edpida o potser \u00e0cida. Fins i tot pot experimentar sensacions desconegudes en empassar-la i descobrir amb sorpresa els efectes que v\u00e9nen despr\u00e9s.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Qui est\u00e0 amb set intensa d&#8217;aquella que cal beure ja, la ingereix com si tot el seu \u00e9sser l&#8217;absorb\u00eds i es pregunta com \u00e9s que no ha begut abans d&#8217;aquesta bene\u00efda aigua!<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Qui ja en sabia per\u00f2 se n\u2019ha oblidat i la torna a prendre, li serveix de recordatori de com era, quant b\u00e9 li feia i refresca el seu comprom\u00eds per incorporar-la de nou a la seva vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Qui ja fa temps que beu i compta amb una bona \u201chidrataci\u00f3\u201d, sap que seguir amb la pr\u00e0ctica de meditaci\u00f3 li ofereix m\u00e9s introspecci\u00f3, auto coneixement, autogesti\u00f3, comprensi\u00f3, visi\u00f3 i tots aquests beneficis f\u00edsics i ps\u00edquics que comporta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>I qui s\u00f3c jo com a practicant de meditaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>No s\u00f3c una meditadora \u201ct\u00e8cnica\u201d. S\u00f3c una persona que em sento amb mi, em centre a observar all\u00f2 que emergeix (sensaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica, emoci\u00f3, pensament, imatges, etc.), a deixar que estigui, que es buidi, que s&#8217;autoreguli per la capacitat de posar-hi consci\u00e8ncia (energia). <\/p>\n<p>No \u00e9s m\u00e0gia! \u00c9s o pot ser dif\u00edcil focalitzar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 en all\u00f2 que apareix, b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 avorreix, no \u00e9s motivant, desagrada, aclapara o provoca qualsevol altra sensaci\u00f3 que es rebutja. <\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s aqu\u00ed on resideix el \u201cmisteri\u201d de l&#8217;observaci\u00f3 en meditaci\u00f3, de quedar-se amb el que porta el moment, de la manera seg\u00fcent: AMB EL M\u00c0XIM DE PRES\u00c8NCIA, ACCEPTANT, MIRANT ALL\u00d2 SENSE JUDICI, SENSE VOLER-HO CANVIAR, DEIXANT QUE L&#8217;ENERGIA FACI EL SEU TREBALL.<\/p>\n<p>Nom\u00e9s cal provar unes quantes vegades per notar que alguna cosa dins canvia, en el millor dels sentits.<\/p>\n<p>Que una calma ve a poc a poc a instal\u00b7lar-se, que una entesa m\u00e9s gran es posa en marxa, que la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia present a l&#8217;univers i totes les coses exerceix la seva funci\u00f3 d&#8217;equilibrar i reparar, com quan ens fem un tall i la saviesa del cos procedeix a curar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s cert que hi ha talls profunds i malalties per als quals aquesta saviesa no arriba.<\/p>\n<p>En el cas de la meditaci\u00f3, em vaig adonant que com m\u00e9s gran \u00e9s la capacitat i qualitat de pres\u00e8ncia en observar, m\u00e9s profunditat es dona.<\/p>\n<p>No medito per il\u00b7luminar-me (nirvana), ja no. \u00c9s una paraula que va estar a la meva boca per temps. <\/p>\n<p>Ara em sento amb mi i em centro a deixar fluir aquest estat de consci\u00e8ncia per sanar les meves coses, per veure-les amb perspectiva, per deixar anar, per posar llum\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Jos\u00e9 Manuel Torres, format i practicant de Meditaci\u00f3 Vipassana<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Potser per a mi la pr\u00e0ctica de meditaci\u00f3 \u00e9s m\u00e9s aviat intu\u00eftiva.<\/p>\n<p>Per a Jos\u00e9 Manuel Torres, \u00e9s una t\u00e8cnica mil\u00b7len\u00e0ria amb tota l&#8217;estructura, els passos, la direcci\u00f3, els nivells, els fonaments.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que \u00e9s qui facilita els retirs de meditaci\u00f3, per explicar etapa per etapa la manera de practicar i per generar l&#8217;ambient adequat per a les persones ja habituades.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e0 per alguna ra\u00f3 tangible i constatable que cada cop m\u00e9s es parla de meditaci\u00f3, hi ha m\u00e9s estudis cient\u00edfics contrastats sobre ella, les neuroci\u00e8ncies la validen, es practica en diversitat d&#8217;\u00e0mbits i se la comen\u00e7a a veure com la taula de salvaci\u00f3 a la neurosi, l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, la bogeria de la societat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>M\u00aa Rosa Par\u00e9s Giralt<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Meditaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un camp que ha portat les neuroci\u00e8ncies a estudiar i comprovar com modifica de manera evident els nostres cervells i les nostres conductes si b\u00e9 es tracta de pr\u00e0ctica mil\u00b7len\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1089,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[334],"tags":[386,494,469,495,458],"class_list":["post-2998","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-mindfulness-meditacio","tag-meditacio","tag-meditacio-vipassana","tag-retir-meditacio","tag-taller-meditacio","tag-vipassana-ca"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
