{"id":3004,"date":"2017-05-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-05-10T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saludcreativa.com\/estima-els-teus-pensaments-i-escolta-que-texpliquen\/"},"modified":"2017-05-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-05-10T22:00:00","slug":"estima-els-teus-pensaments-i-escolta-que-texpliquen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saludcreativa.com\/ca\/estima-els-teus-pensaments-i-escolta-que-texpliquen\/","title":{"rendered":"Estima els teus pensaments i escolta qu\u00e8 t&#8217;expliquen"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Els pensaments donen informaci\u00f3 valuosa<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Em trobo que diversos estils de meditaci\u00f3\/contemplaci\u00f3 enfoquen la pr\u00e0ctica a deixar passar els pensaments, no agafar-s&#8217;hi, no fer-los cas, deixar que s&#8217;esvaeixin, o sigui, no atendre el seu contingut\u2026 Dic jo que si aquests pensaments ocorren en la meva ment pensant, alguna cosa tindran a veure amb mi, d&#8217;alguna cosa m&#8217;estaran parlant, alguna cosa em revelaran, alguna cosa significaran\u2026 <\/p>\n<p>Encara que sigui pur soroll mental, rebombori de coses que he fet, que no he fet, que m&#8217;han fet, que no m&#8217;han fet, coses relacionades amb l&#8217;activitat quotidiana, coses sense sentit, aix\u00f2 tindr\u00e0 alguna cosa a veure amb mi. Si ho escolto i atenc, potser me n&#8217;adoni del poder que he atorgat a les paraules o a l&#8217;actitud d&#8217;alg\u00fa, per exemple, cosa que de vegades em passa. Si no escolto i nom\u00e9s em centro a deixar que passi sense veure&#8217;n el contingut, no aprendr\u00e9 res, no podr\u00e9 emportar-me la informaci\u00f3 que cont\u00e9.  <\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s com si em fa mal el cap i em prenc alguna cosa perqu\u00e8 passi sense atendre qu\u00e8 hi ha darrere d&#8217;aquest dolor. Possiblement es reprodueixi una vegada, una altra, una altra\u2026 si escolto el meu mal de cap, el miro, l\u2019atenc, potser me n&#8217;adono que m&#8217;estic sobrecarregant amb un tema de treball i que em conv\u00e9 mesurar-me per no provocar-lo de nou. <\/p>\n<p>Doncs amb el pensament igual. Posem que em doni per tenir pensaments destructius i que des de la pr\u00e0ctica cl\u00e0ssica de meditaci\u00f3, tot all\u00f2 que faci \u00e9s observar i deixar passar. Doncs portaria anys que els veuria i seguirien all\u00e0.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Abra\u00e7ar els pensaments<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ara, ara, prenc l&#8217;actitud d&#8217;una mare o un pare amorosos que miren la seva filla o fill amb amor, amb afecte, amb paci\u00e8ncia, amb compassi\u00f3 (ben entesa)\u2026 miro els meus pensaments aix\u00ed, no nom\u00e9s aix\u00f2, els abra\u00e7o amb aquest tipus d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 com aquesta mare o aquest pare abra\u00e7aria aquesta nena o aquest nen que sol\u00b7licita atenci\u00f3, o que est\u00e0 embrancada\/embrancat en una rebequeria, frustrada\/frustrat, encap\u00e7alada\/encap\u00e7alat amb alguna cosa, o el que sigui.<\/p>\n<p>Des del bon fer d&#8217;una mare i un pare amorosos, aquests no ignoren la seva filla o fill, no el miren amb dist\u00e0ncia immutable, no deixen de parar-hi atenci\u00f3 encara que es mostrin aparentment indiferents en un moment determinat per no seguir-li la rebequeria.<\/p>\n<p>Crec haver sentit Thich Nhat Hanh parlar d&#8217;abra\u00e7ar les emocions, abra\u00e7ar la r\u00e0bia\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Crec que aquest \u00e9s el meu cam\u00ed, abra\u00e7ar amb atenci\u00f3 amorosa els continguts que emergeixen en el pla dels pensaments, les emocions i les sensacions. S\u00ed, abra\u00e7ar el que emergeix, mirar-ho, escoltar-ho, atendre-ho, i despr\u00e9s, nom\u00e9s despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver-ho at\u00e8s i haver-me ocupat, llavors deixar-ho anar. Per molt que sigui un pensament enganx\u00f3s, repetitiu: el miro amb amor i atenc qu\u00e8 hi fa, de qu\u00e8 em parla, d&#8217;on neix.  <\/p>\n<p>Que per res \u00e9s aferrar-se i perdre&#8217;s -per si a alg\u00fa li ho pogu\u00e9s semblar- perqu\u00e8 es tracta de fer-ho, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s d\u2019amb amor (afecte), amb PRES\u00c8NCIA i CONSCI\u00c8NCIA.<\/p>\n<p>Tal com se li prestaria atenci\u00f3 a una nena, a un nen, podem fer igual amb els pensaments: escoltar, atendre, posar l\u00edmits si cal perqu\u00e8 no ens omplin tot l&#8217;espai especialment quan s\u00f3n obsessius o repetitius i no es veu clar qu\u00e8 porten darrere, fins i tot puntualment escapar-se o evadir-se com quan la situaci\u00f3 amb els petits resulta insuportable i donen ganes!<\/p>\n<p>Potser alg\u00fa tingui dificultat per contactar amb l&#8217;afecte, i encara m\u00e9s amb afecte cap a si mateix. Podem provar llavors amb una actitud de respecte o de tendresa si s&#8217;hi connecta. <\/p>\n<p>Potser alg\u00fa li costa abra\u00e7ar continguts que consideri infames.
