Jo prefereixo canviar la paraula autocontrol per autogesti\u00f3, ho trobo m\u00e9s suau, ja que tot control implica tensi\u00f3 i de vegades repressi\u00f3 mentre que la gesti\u00f3 parteix d&#8217;una idea m\u00e9s tolerant i comporta l&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>Gestionar les emocions no \u00e9s una tasca f\u00e0cil, en principi totes les emocions s\u00f3n positives i tenen un component important en la nostra superviv\u00e8ncia i benestar personal. Per exemple, la r\u00e0bia \u00e9s una resposta del nostre organisme davant d&#8217;un atac o una amena\u00e7a i des d&#8217;aquesta perspectiva \u00e9s positiva perqu\u00e8 el que pret\u00e9n \u00e9s mantenir-nos vius. <\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 qu\u00e8 passa quan les nostres respostes de r\u00e0bia o ira no responen a amenaces reals com l&#8217;atac d&#8217;un tigre o que el terra del pis comenci a tremolar? En aquests exemples podr\u00edem defensar-nos de l&#8217;animal amb tota la nostra r\u00e0bia com a mecanisme de defensa i superviv\u00e8ncia o podr\u00edem fer servir la nostra ira per trencar la porta tancada que no ens permet sortir de l&#8217;habitaci\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>Moltes vegades la ira, la r\u00e0bia, la por, etc. s\u00f3n emocions produ\u00efdes per la nostra pr\u00f2pia ment, de vegades en base a antigues experi\u00e8ncies o interpretacions que no corresponen amb la realitat aqu\u00ed i ara.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Com ens ajuda la meditaci\u00f3 a la gesti\u00f3 de l&#8217;emoci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La meditaci\u00f3 ens pot servir i ajudar a desenvolupar l&#8217;h\u00e0bit de recon\u00e8ixer, valorar i gestionar el nostre estat emocional actual i ponderar si \u00e9s convenient portar-lo a l&#8217;acci\u00f3 o per contra intervenir de manera diferent per no generar conflicte amb alg\u00fa que no ens est\u00e0 atacant realment sin\u00f3 que simplement t\u00e9 una opini\u00f3 diferent de la nostra, cosa que podem viure com un atac sobre la base d&#8217;una interpretaci\u00f3 irracional, com si fos una amena\u00e7a real quan en realitat no ho \u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La meditaci\u00f3, l&#8217;observaci\u00f3 conscient dels nostres pensaments i emocions ens ajuda a veure amb claredat quan una emoci\u00f3 sorgeix per un esdeveniment extern que suposa una amena\u00e7a i quan aquesta mateixa emoci\u00f3 pot apar\u00e8ixer per un condicionament intern basat en experi\u00e8ncies antigues que no ens permeten veure amb claredat el que est\u00e0 passant aqu\u00ed i ara realment. Aquests condicionaments enterboleixen i ennuvolen la nostra ment i, per tant, la nostra manera de veure, entendre i interpretar el que est\u00e0 passant, i en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#8217;abordar la situaci\u00f3 adequadament. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Si no em conec, aleshores no s\u00e9 qu\u00e8 em passa i per tant no puc gestionar-me<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Estic completament d&#8217;acord amb Goleman quan diu que l&#8217;autoconeixement \u00e9s l&#8217;aspecte m\u00e9s important de la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional. Des de la meva experi\u00e8ncia autoconeixement \u00e9s: <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Saber qu\u00e8 m&#8217;est\u00e0 passant (qu\u00e8 penso, qu\u00e8 sento), acceptar all\u00f2 que em passa, responsabilitzar-me&#8217;n i buscar la sortida o l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 m\u00e9s ecol\u00f2gica possible cap a mi mateix, l&#8217;entorn i les altres persones amb qui em relaciono. Sense autoconeixement no hi ha autogesti\u00f3, si no s\u00e9 qu\u00e8 em passa no ho puc gestionar sin\u00f3 al rev\u00e9s, com sol donar-se, aix\u00f2 que em passa em gestiona a mi. <\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;actitud meditativa em permet aturar (potser tres segons) abans d&#8217;actuar, observar-me i observar fora, veure amb claredat qu\u00e8 passa realment i actuar en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia amb aquesta realitat. Aix\u00f2 s&#8217;apr\u00e8n, no en dues hores per\u00f2 finalment s&#8217;apr\u00e8n, aix\u00f2 \u00e9s autogesti\u00f3, o autocontrol per a qui prefereixi anomenar-ho aix\u00ed, \u00e9s necessari i vital a l&#8217;hora de relacionar-nos amb els altres. Tenim un neoc\u00f2rtex cerebral que podem utilitzar per respondre en lloc de reaccionar que \u00e9s la conducta de la majoria dels animals davant d&#8217;una possible amena\u00e7a.  <\/p>\n<p>Responsabilitat \u00e9s la capacitat de respondre lliurement i premeditadament, basada en una decisi\u00f3 pr\u00e8via i assumint-ne les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies.
