A continuaci\u00f3 comparteixo com ho porto a terme i quina \u00e9s la meva experi\u00e8ncia amb el tema fins avui. <\/p>\n<p>Per comen\u00e7ar, quan es parla de dejuni intermitent es fa refer\u00e8ncia a no ingerir res de menjar durant un per\u00edode de 16 hores. Aix\u00f2 no vol dir que les altres 8 hores es menja per tot all\u00f2 que no es menja en aquestes setze sin\u00f3 que en les vuit hores es fan els menjars que correspongui. <\/p>\n<p>En el meu cas, no esmorzo, prenc dos o tres tes verds molt suaus fins al migdia aproximadament que \u00e9s quan realitzo la primera ingesta del dia en general amb una mica de fruita. M\u00e9s tard, segons em convingui l&#8217;horari, faig el que es coneix popularment com l\u2019\u00e0pat del migdia (dinar) i a la nit, tamb\u00e9 a la meva hora de conveni\u00e8ncia, sopo. Entre el sopar i la presa de fruita del dia seg\u00fcent van entre 14-16 hores o m\u00e9s (no compto 16 hores exactes). Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s tot.   <\/p>\n<p>Dir que la millor freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia per fer aquest tipus de dejuni l&#8217;ha de trobar cadasc\u00fa. Jo ho he pres com un h\u00e0bit quotidi\u00e0 que em salto molt puntualment, ho practico des de fa un parell d&#8217;anys i em sent de meravella. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La combinaci\u00f3 regeneradora del dejuni i l&#8217;autof\u00e0gia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Vaig comen\u00e7ar un estiu en qu\u00e8 tenia poca activitat, vaig comen\u00e7ar a sentir-me inflada, augmentant de pes&#8230; va ser aix\u00f2 \u00faltim, la veritat, pel que vaig comen\u00e7ar a practicar i per informaci\u00f3 que vaig trobar sobre l&#8217;autof\u00e0gia. Totes dues coses juntes em van semblar potents. <\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;una banda l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia de dejuni que feia uns mesos enrere havia tornat a reviure en una formaci\u00f3 que vaig rebre on hi va haver aquest tipus de pr\u00e0ctica i vaig estar unes 35 hores sense menjar&#8230; va ser una experi\u00e8ncia grata, de neteja.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, con\u00e8ixer sobre l&#8217;assumpte de l&#8217;autof\u00e0gia. Vaig saber les investigacions del premi Nobel YoshinoriOhsumi i el vaig trobar superinteressant, l\u00f2gic i evident! Indico aqu\u00ed un enlla\u00e7 a un article de la BBC que en parla: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/mundo\/noticias-44029658\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/mundo\/noticias-44029658<\/a>  <\/p>\n<p>Quan el cos no ha d&#8217;estar invertint energia a digerir nous aliments que li arriben, fa neteja del material de deixalles que corre per l&#8217;organisme i el recicla! Em va semblar la bomba! A m\u00e9s, em vaig entusiasmar perqu\u00e8 en un v\u00eddeo parlaven fins i tot de regeneraci\u00f3 dela pell i la veritat \u00e9s que a l&#8217;\u00e8poca que em vaig posar amb aix\u00f2, tamb\u00e9 veia la meva pell una mica espatllada aix\u00ed que tot em va quadrar per prendre forces i deixar d&#8217;esmorzar.  <\/p>\n<p>No vol dir aix\u00f2 que no es pugui fer altrament com seria no sopar que \u00e9s l&#8217;opci\u00f3 preferida per persones que em pregunten. Segons sembla es tracta de romandre 16 hores sense menjar, cadasc\u00fa escull el per\u00edode del dia per fer-ho. <\/p>\n<p>Per mi, el moment sopar \u00e9s de gran goig aix\u00ed que prefereixo no esmorzar i afirmo aqu\u00ed en contra dels arguments cl\u00e0ssics d&#8217;h\u00e0bits d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3, que em va genial, estic superespavilada al mat\u00ed, ment clara, activa que no nerviosa ni ansiosa, i no em falta de res com ha demostrat la darrera anal\u00edtica del mes de setembre passat 2019 en qu\u00e8 tot estava correcte i la doctora mateixa em va dir que no em faltava res.<\/p>\n<p>Faig un inc\u00eds per dir que les pautes convencionals d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 d&#8217;occident semblen basades en molts casos en investigacions pr\u00f2pies de la ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria, no en observacions i constatacions objectives. Com sigui, seria convenient arribar a conclusions per constataci\u00f3 pr\u00f2pia. <\/p>\n<p>Seguint amb les experi\u00e8ncies que m&#8217;ha portat la pr\u00e0ctica regular de dejuni intermitent, dir\u00e9 que a m\u00e9s d&#8217;estar en el pes que vull estar, ha redu\u00eft l&#8217;impuls a menjar\/picar entre hores i la depend\u00e8ncia\/tend\u00e8ncia a menjar com a h\u00e0bit m\u00e9s que necessitat, ha fet que recuperi la sensaci\u00f3 de gana \u201cde veritat\u201d, que amb dos \u00e0pats m\u00e9s una ingesta de fruita senti sacietat, gaudir amb m\u00e9s intensitat el moment de menjar, els sabors, com si cada vegada fos una cosa gaireb\u00e9 nova (sensaci\u00f3 particular).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La cirereta de la pr\u00e0ctica de dejuni<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>I una de les coses que m\u00e9s em sorpr\u00e8n d&#8217;aix\u00f2 de dejunar \u00e9s l&#8217;EMPODERAMENT que em d\u00f3na, no reaccionar a la primera sensaci\u00f3, incomoditat, de gana buscant autom\u00e0ticament, compulsivament, un mos per portar a la boca sin\u00f3 triar el moment en el que realment em conv\u00e9 menjar.
