La difer\u00e8ncia \u00e9s que qui es queixa, en realitat no atacar\u00e0 o fugir\u00e0 de la causa de la seva queixa sin\u00f3 que es queda com un disc ratllat desgastant-se i generant alhora un ambient t\u00f2xic al seu voltant. <\/p>\n<p>Com acostumo a comentar sobre el tema als qui prenen aquesta actitud: queixa&#8217;t a qui hagis de queixar-te, pel motiu que correspongui, amb la intensitat pertinent, de la manera m\u00e9s efectiva possible. Si necessites posar una reclamaci\u00f3, fes-ho! Si necessites recollir signatures, recull-les. Si necessites crear una plataforma, crea-la.   <\/p>\n<p>Instal\u00b7lar-se a la queixa com a estil de comunicaci\u00f3 o amb la fantasia que aix\u00ed canvia alguna cosa, \u00e9s entrar en un bucle i un vici de dif\u00edcil terme.<\/p>\n<p>Es pot entendre la necessitat de desfogar-se a trav\u00e9s del lament i la protesta, d&#8217;acord. Una estona, d&#8217;acord. Cada dia, no val! El \u00abtreball\u00bb \u00e9s aquest, voler fer-se c\u00e0rrec realment de la causa que alimenta el gemec, prenent les decisions oportunes, b\u00e9 sigui fent una acci\u00f3, reflexionant, meditant, fent ter\u00e0pia&#8230; <\/p>\n<p>O simplement <strong>entrenar-se a modificar els continguts que es comuniquen <\/strong>per passar a expressar-ne d&#8217;altres diferents com tot el que s\u00ed que funciona, s\u00ed que est\u00e0 b\u00e9, s\u00ed que \u00e9s grat, s\u00ed que \u00e9s satisfactori.
