Tamb\u00e9 la inquietud davant de la calma, davant de parar, de no fer. <\/p>\n<p>Es posa en evid\u00e8ncia la dificultat -potser \u00e9s manca de costum- de simplement estar sense m\u00e9s i contemplar en lloc d&#8217;estar fent alguna cosa, d&#8217;estar en acci\u00f3. D&#8217;aix\u00f2 algunes persones en diuen avorriment, ho atribueixen a all\u00f2 extern, al fet que la situaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s prou estimulant o entretinguda. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L&#8217;entrenament Mindfulness<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Amb el temps i el desenvolupament introspectiu, he arribat a la conclusi\u00f3 que quan m&#8217;avorreixo \u00e9s m\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 no s\u00e9 estar amb mi mateixa que \u201cculpa\u201d del que passa al meu voltant. No dic amb aix\u00f2 que no existeixin circumst\u00e0ncies que no m&#8217;aportin o m&#8217;aportin poc, que no m&#8217;estimulin, per\u00f2 si durant elles experimento ansietat, inquietud, angoixa, ofec, taquic\u00e0rdia, etc., aix\u00f2 no dep\u00e8n d&#8217;aquestes circumst\u00e0ncies sin\u00f3 que dep\u00e8n de mi. <\/p>\n<p>Crec que el <strong>consum de novetats <\/strong>ve en part per aquesta inc\u00f2moda sensaci\u00f3 que genera el parar, el no ser incitat per est\u00edmuls externs, quedar-se veient un paisatge que amb prou feines canvia, quedar-se respirant, quedar-se sentint, quedar-se percebent sense que n&#8217;hi hagin gaires possibilitats de variaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9s que intentar escapar tant s\u00ed com no d&#8217;aquesta sensaci\u00f3, trobo interessant i convenient romandre-hi i, si <strong>l&#8217;esdeveniment deixa opci\u00f3<\/strong>, <strong>decidir realment a voluntat <\/strong>quan anar cap a una altra cosa en lloc de viure com un \u00e9sser reactiu fugint del que \u00e9s molest i inc\u00f2mode.<\/p>\n<p>En la incomoditat interna hi ha un oracle que ens pot revelar grans veritats sobre la nostra realitat personal.
