Vivim en una societat \u201catemoritzada\u201d, tenim por de tot: de la crisi, de perdre la feina, de no trobar feina, de no cobrar la jubilaci\u00f3, etc. Aix\u00ed no es pot viure!  <\/p>\n<p>Hem de recuperar la calma doncs nom\u00e9s des de la serenitat i la confian\u00e7a podem millorar les coses, per contra des de la por i la desesperaci\u00f3 nom\u00e9s podem esperar que les coses es compliquin.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, en for\u00e7a sectors de la societat podem percebre la por generalitzada, la tensi\u00f3 que aix\u00f2 comporta, la crispaci\u00f3, el mal humor i tot all\u00f2 que aquestes emocions comporten a nivell f\u00edsic manifestat en tot tipus de dolors i s\u00edmptomes patol\u00f2gics aix\u00ed com en deficients relacions personals. Vivim temps de canvis, canvis econ\u00f2mics, canvis de paradigmes antics per altres de nous, canvis de consci\u00e8ncia, \u00e9s a dir, estem en crisi. <\/p>\n<p>Cada vegada que experimentem una crisi, ens sentim insegurs, espantats, preocupats i connectats amb la veritable realitat que \u00e9s que vivim a la incertesa total. No tenim res segur, excepte el que tots sabem, la mort per\u00f2 paradoxalment, aquesta \u00fanica cosa de la que tenim la certesa que \u00e9s segura, alguns la vivim com que no ens an\u00e9s a arribar mai. <\/p>\n<p>Si res \u00e9s segur en aquest m\u00f3n excepte que ens morirem, per qu\u00e8 ens preocupem tant? Quin \u00e9s l&#8217;ant\u00eddot per a aix\u00f2? L&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 que som \u00e9ssers vulnerables, que ens necessitem m\u00fatuament i que estem gaireb\u00e9 obligats a confiar i col\u00b7laborar amb els altres, a ser m\u00e9s solidaris i menys egoistes i sobretot a confiar en la vida, ja que no la podem controlar.<\/p>\n<p>Des de la meva pr\u00f2pia experi\u00e8ncia puc dir que la por se\u2019n va afrontant-la, fins ara no he conegut cap altra manera de superar-la. Quan viatjava, em pujava en un avi\u00f3 o em posava davant de moltes persones impartint un curs, el m\u00e9s normal era sentir molta por; a mesura que afrontava, acceptava i respirava la por, aquesta comen\u00e7ava a afluixar-se i a perdre poder sobre mi. <\/p>\n<p>Afrontar-la significa acceptar-la i no negar-la; de vegades sentia tanta por que ni tan sols m&#8217;adonava que la tenia perqu\u00e8 senzillament no n&#8217;era conscient i patia les seves conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies sense ni tan sols saber el que em passava. Alguns dels s\u00edmptomes f\u00edsics que experimentava com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la por inconscient eren dolors intensos de cap, embotiment mental, brunzits a les orelles i mal d&#8217;esquena. <\/p>\n<p>Actualment no sento por a l&#8217;hora de pujar a un avi\u00f3 i em sento molt c\u00f2mode davant d&#8217;un grup de persones impartint els meus cursos i a poc a poc m&#8217;adono que no tinc por ni a la crisi ni al futur, ja que s\u00e9 que tinc els recursos suficients per afrontar el que em vingui i tirar\u00e9 endavant com sempre ho he fet.<\/p>\n<p>Quan acceptem que sentim por, ens reconeixem com a \u00e9ssers vulnerables i el m\u00e9s important, deixem de lluitar internament ja que si ho neguem, vol dir que hi ha una part de nosaltres que no accepta l&#8217;altra part -la que sent la por- i aix\u00f2 provoca molta tensi\u00f3 interna i malestar general. Quan acceptem l&#8217;emoci\u00f3 que sentim, sigui la por, la tristesa o qualsevol altra emoci\u00f3, de mica en mica va sorgint la integraci\u00f3 de la personalitat en qu\u00e8 ja no hi ha parts que s&#8217;imposen sobre d&#8217;altres, qu\u00e8 haur\u00edem de sentir o com haur\u00edem de ser. En lloc d&#8217;aix\u00f2 ens sentim m\u00e9s relaxats internament, m\u00e9s integrats, i aix\u00f2 passa gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;auto acceptaci\u00f3 de qui som i del que sentim a cada moment.  <\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 en si \u00e9s for\u00e7a simple per\u00f2 no vol dir que comen\u00e7arem a experimentar els beneficis de sobte, cal un temps perqu\u00e8 aquest nou patr\u00f3 de pensament i conducta s&#8217;instauri en nosaltres.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Estic trist i tamb\u00e9 puc sentir alegria<\/h2>\n<p>Impartint recentment un curs d&#8217;Intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia Emocional, en donar l&#8217;enquadrament te\u00f2ric sobre les emocions, em va resultar evident el seg\u00fcent: que una cosa \u00e9s l&#8217;emoci\u00f3 de fons que podem tenir per un assumpte inconcl\u00fas o per una necessitat no atesa, i una altra cosa s\u00f3n les emocions que apareixen a les diverses situacions quotidianes.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, puc tenir una tristesa de fons, o alg\u00fa pot viure amb por, enuig o alegria que l&#8217;acompanyen com la seva ombra, i alhora puc experimentar una altra emoci\u00f3 molt diferent que t\u00e9 a veure amb una cosa que m&#8217;acaba de passar, una cosa que estic fent, una cosa que experimento amb alg\u00fa, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Amb el que he arribat a la conclusi\u00f3 que hi ha diferents nivells emocionals: hi ha el nivell m\u00e9s superficial, el de passar d&#8217;una emoci\u00f3 a una altra (amb m\u00e9s o menys flu\u00efdesa) segons el que ens anem trobant a la nostra activitat i interaccions di\u00e0ries, i est\u00e0 el nivell profund del cor que plora, o que viu espantat, o que est\u00e0 molt enfadat o gratament alegre i que no t\u00e9 a veure amb el que passa fora nostre sin\u00f3 amb les viv\u00e8ncies internes ancorades.<\/p>\n<p>Cert \u00e9s que segons sigui el fons de cadasc\u00fa, fora tamb\u00e9 es reflectir\u00e0 en la viv\u00e8ncia emocional de la quotidianitat que estar\u00e0 condicionada per aquests continguts interiors. Per\u00f2 aix\u00ed i tot, hi ha moments de riure, d&#8217;alegria, de respir, d&#8217;altres sensacions encara que a dins hi hagi fractures.<br \/>\nEl que \u00e9s interessant, per mi almenys i molt, \u00e9s atendre la necessitat que hi ha darrera d&#8217;aquesta emoci\u00f3 ancorada ja que les emocions quotidianes, en principi, apareixen i desapareixen amb la situaci\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Com \u00e9s la r\u00e0bia intel\u00b7ligent<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Descarregar la r\u00e0bia contra alg\u00fa o alguna cosa que sentim que ha estat injusta, que ha violat els nostres drets, que ha sobrepassat el nostre espai, ens condueix a desfogar-nos per una banda i a intoxicar-nos per una altra.<br \/>\n\u00c9s a dir, descarregar i alliberar la r\u00e0bia, la frustraci\u00f3, la indignaci\u00f3 que ens hagi provocat un esdeveniment \u00e9s bo per a la salut; la manera com ho fem, ens pot allunyar d&#8217;aquesta l\u00ednia de salut.<\/p>\n<p>Ens allunya quan descarreguem CONTRA una altra persona, maleint, insultant, cridant o encara que sigui parlant amb certa calma per\u00f2 descarregant contra ella. Aquesta energia, que il\u00b7lus\u00f2riament pensem que descarreguem contra l&#8217;altre, corre per les nostres venes, el nostre cervell, el nostre cos i ens intoxica. Genera nerviosisme, ansietat, taquic\u00e0rdia, menyspreu, duresa, tristesa, manca de perspectiva i de visi\u00f3&#8230;  <\/p>\n<p>Aleshores, qu\u00e8 fer amb aquesta emoci\u00f3? La r\u00e0bia \u00e9s una fant\u00e0stica for\u00e7a que ens permet lluitar pel que volem, per aix\u00f2 resulta m\u00e9s interessant posar tota aquesta energia a ACONSEGUIR el resultat, l&#8217;objectiu que desitgem m\u00e9s que a desgastar-se a dir \u201cveritats\u201d, demostrar qui t\u00e9 ra\u00f3 i un infinitat d&#8217;accions est\u00e8rils quant a aconseguir all\u00f2 que realment volem. <\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed que la millor direcci\u00f3 de la r\u00e0bia \u00e9s prendre-la per posar-la al servei dels nostres objectius.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Amb por tamb\u00e9 es pot<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>He sentit dir que \u00abNo s\u2019ha de tenir por\u00bb i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s una cosa que no comparteixo. La por salva vides i serveix d&#8217;av\u00eds davant de situacions poc clares, convertint-se llavors en el que es coneix com a precauci\u00f3 o cautela.<br \/>\nQu\u00e8 pot haver de negatiu a actuar de manera previnguda quan no tenim clar alguna cosa o al rev\u00e9s, ho tenim massa clar de manera que intervenim autom\u00e0ticament, sense parar-nos, sense sentir, sense veure?<\/p>\n<p>La por NO \u00c9S NEGATIVA, \u00e9s una emoci\u00f3 \u00fatil, segurament molt \u00fatil quan deixem que faci la seva funci\u00f3 que \u00e9s la de protegir la nostra vida -com quan afrontem un perill real tipus un incendi, una inundaci\u00f3, una agressi\u00f3 f\u00edsica- o la de fer-nos aturar i reflexionar.<\/p>\n<p>Un altre tema diferent \u00e9s quan la por ens paralitza sense un motiu extern evident, \u00e9s a dir, ens bloqueja pels nostres propis pensaments o creences que provoquen que no fem o deixem de fer coses o que fem de forma contraf\u00f2bica per no sentir aquest malestar, aquesta angoixa.<\/p>\n<p>En resum, quan all\u00f2 que ens diem i la por que sentim no tenen res a veure o molt poc a veure amb la realitat.<\/p>\n<p>Quan el nostre sistema d&#8217;emocions funciona adequadament, aquestes no s\u00f3n m\u00e9s que una resposta adaptativa a una cosa que passa fora de nosaltres: davant d&#8217;un esdeveniment s&#8217;engega l&#8217;emoci\u00f3 que correspon per abordar la situaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed que si sentim por al marge del que realment passa, aleshores \u00e9s veritat que ens est\u00e0 condicionant.
